One of the most remarkable things about the government bail out of the UK Banks, i find to be most ludicrous.

Lenders have to bring lending back to the same level as last year.

Well in order to get lending back to last years levels, lenders will have to allow people who cant afford their mortgages, to have mortgages. It was this fiasco that got us in this mess in the first place.

So we are back to where we started. Nothings changed. The government is to concerned about short term fix's and not really taking any positive action to ensure long term survival.

There should some long term action plan.

Time flys doesnt it?

This reminds me of something my teacher once said, that the older we get the quicker time seems to go.

Well it seems to be the case.

I can barely get Olivia out my head, she is moving down the list of priorities.
I wish i can forget her.

I have more pressing needs now. The more longer this credit crunch continues the longer and worse my business is going to get.

This credit crunch is more then just about lending money to the right people, its become a case of civilasational survival.

Despite what you might think, this is the begining of the end of capitalist civilisation. There are alternatives and it is a must that we adopt change in the way we view money and lending.

Islamic finance is an alternative. The socialist communist system has failed and capitalism is fighting for its survival. It is perhaps time to explore the Islamic avenue and see what it has to offer.

Perhaps taking God away has been a grave error for the western model of economics, and maybe thats why we have failed to address issues of global failure of free and fair economincs.

On a differant note, i hope they Hang Radovan Karadzic, like they hanged saddam.

Not my style

Well alls been quiet on the western front.

The financial markets are in turmoil, i have spotted my niche in the markets and intend to agressively persue this course. Isnt it wonderful to find that a new venture and to pursue this to the end. I feel so excited and exuberant by this new found idea.

You know a Mortgage broker friend of mine went bank rupt the other day and he wasnt the first. He had 3 house repossessed and man tried to kill himself. Thats what the credit crunch is doing. The market really is on the verge of collapse. They reported that first time buyers have dropped by 62% compared to this time last year. Well now its a case of survival of the fittest.

But i found my niche, a market which is known about but barely touched upon other then as a side business. Well i am going to focus on it and i am going to really make it big.

Wow it even pushes olivia to the back of my mind. Oh how i wish i could forget her. I really need to forget her. I can keep her in my memory, i know just for a few moments she loved me.

I miss her.

I haven't spoken to her or even communicated with her at any level for over a month. I want to forget her and no matter how hard i try, i know that i never will forget her. I love her and if this is the future for us then so be it.

We ended on a good note and parted unspoken, there was no goodbyes and no see you soon. Just parted thats all.

How can you forgot someone who you spent 3 years of your life with, being friends with and then falling in love with, some one who loved you back in her silent way.

I dont know if i can ever be the same again.

The Bon jovi concert at twickenham was not what i thought it was going to be. It wasnt fun and it wasnt as good as the one i went to many years ago.

Things move forward

Things are moving forward, i think peolpe who have waited for the credit storm to pass can't wait no more as the storm has no end in sight, business has picked up again. Well its all repeat business which is better then nothing, but few are new customers, most people are not happy or unsure what to do.

I am in a dilemma, do i see new customers, even though most of them wont buy a home, therefore i would be giving up my time, that i could be doing other things with. Or do i see with the hope that they may buy? Well the answer after ten years of dealing with people, is NO. i wont see them, unless they have made an offer to buy. Why?

Cos time is money and money doesnt grow on tree's. I am not paid to advise people. If they paid me to advise them, then buy all means i would do so.

she is being here self, flirty text messages, drop's a hint here and there. Good things come to those who wait.. she said,... when are we going out, i said... well thats down to you.. she said...

on the surface things are there... i thinks.

any advice would be appreciated.

Mine is a life for others to play with, i am but a shadow of my former self, beaten broken over the years, lie low and stay low. Even flying below the rader means you still get caught later rather then sooner.

So i got caught, so what? well its not nice being caught. Got to face the consequences. well i am going to accept the punishment. next time i got to fly even lower. When you know how the system works its just a matter of time before they change the system.

No i dont know where i'm going,
but i sure know where i've been.
Hanging on the promises and the songs of yesterday.
And i've made up my mind
i aint wasting no more time.

Though i keep searching for an answer
i never seem to find what i am looking for

She is my dream, the woman i fell in love with, at my age well i am 32 and she is 25, well not a bif difference in age, at least i am older then Jade goodies romeo.

We talked for over a year, and the bond that developed between us, just grew. we would sit for hours and talk, over coffee, over lunch, we speak for hours on the phone and dont want to put it down. Needless to say years later i realised how much i loved her.

People change. She changed, love is difficult, especially when she dreams of friendship but knows i wont give her anything other then my love, she wont walk away, and wont give me her love, though i see it in her eyes and her smile, her face and her manners. Oh yes she loves me, but decieves her self that it is friendship. Well i think it was there between us, but when you know you love someone, that should have been your friend, it makes it difficult because the dating part is .... well how can you date someone you have known for so long.

At a loss.

Business well is in the doll drums, that credit crunch has really messed things up. So what i can i say other then ride the storm. ride the lightening. Financial advice is no longer what it used to be. Well i say it takes 2 to tango. if lenders allow false statements on mortgage apps, and borrowers are happy to lie, then the rest of us ve got to be patient until the dance is over, why should they care if we suffer, cos consumer greed and corporate greed were made for each other. a marriage made in heaven.

Credit did crunch

The credit did crunch its way into my life. And so i am here to explain the way forward.

I am a rogue and a knight, my life is full of fear, fear of love, fear of the law, fear of being found out. So what may i do to unite myself and live not in fear any more?
Come clean? absolutely not.

I met her many years ago, and i fell in love with her. Her name is Olivia. Well we know thats not her real name. I am a business man and i can tell you she really did mess up my head. Met her at the wrong time, why cant i meet someone at the right time?

Business, well i got a guy who cant prove his income but needs cash from a bank. Did i tell him to go away no, i got him the money and got paid for it.
